Thermal expanding strip Ammokote FS

Ammokote FS is used as bulging sealing agent to manufacture fire protection doors, partitioning, fire valves, smoke extraction valves, elevator shafts, fire-resistant safes, etc.

Thermal expanding strip Ammokote FS is made of flexible and elastic polymer material containing bulging graphite. The principle of sealing and fire protection functions of the strip is based on the fact that the strip filler expands when affected by high temperatures and thus fills the gaps preventing flame, smoke and hot gases from entering. The strip is attached with its own adhesive layer.
